rainne12 I would too if im in the same situation. Im afraid that what I may say would just cause more heartache. But being there for you friend is one way of showing support. You dont need to say anything, just be there by her side and let her cry.

rainne12 If i overate and had an upset stomach, I just lay down on my bed, facing down and hands on my chin. I just stayed in this position for at least 30 minutes. It helped me burp.
