Rallon I live in the U.S. I generally don't see too many strays or packs of dogs running wild. A few years ago, though, there was one pack of dogs running loose and killed a neighbors cat. That was pretty much the only time I have ever witnessed such a pack.

Rallon Scooters are great, but this is a car, so it will be covered. I think many in the market for scooters will be tempted to buy a SegCar, as these buyers are already looking for an alternative transportation to the car.
