rbardhan Love does not depend upon place. just try to understand the persons behaviour to words you and try to understand whether it is real or not.you can meet any where or any place. But i think you have to collect more information from your introducer and friends....

rbardhan It would depend upon many things like economic condition, students like and dislike, opportunities etc. however i will suggest to study more. then he can get better chance.But with that he can search for a part time job.
