Weight Loss

Does anyone have any new suggestions on weight loss? I once had a doctor tell me that there is no magic program that works, if there was, there wouldn't be a million programs out there, there would only be one.

ReesaRee My boyfriend and I jut survived a bet. I gave up cafeine for 30 days- in all forms- and he gave up meat. I suffered the worst migraines of my life and he lost 25 pounds. Shortly after the bet's completion he went back to eating meat and has gained the weight...

Monday seems to be a lot of people's most dreaded day of the week. It never was mine because I didn't go to work on Monday. It's just another day for me. How do you feel about Monday?
