When I sleep at my friends house, sometime i cannot sleep well. This is because, my friends snooring. I cannot sleep, because of that. What i'm suppose to do, because it not his fault. The snooring came out spontan.

rsa101 I guess we cannot do anything about that since it cannot be stopped unless you have the guts to wake him up everytime he snores but that will definitely be annoying for the person you are with. Or another option is to find a place of your own so that you can...

Tshirtkoyak Snooring is a bad habit..to avoid from snooring we must ensure that our sleeping position is correct..we must sleep facing to the side...but to avoid friend from snooring we must sleep in the other room..hehe..

blessing2u I had the same experience as yours when we went for a 3-days seminar. I was not able to sleep the first night due to so many snoring people around me. I told it to someone from the group and he advised me to sleep first, ahead of the others. The ploy worked...
