rocap07 I think players understand that being very close to a possible Super Bowl trip is a precious thing that might not ever come up again. With that being said, nobody wanted to play more than LT. If you can't perform you can't perform. I feel really bad for him....

rocap07 Try to get a hold of a song called "When I'm With You" by Sherriff. It came out in the late 80's and is very good for what you like. "Suddenly" by Billy Ocean was great as well. I think you will like these.

rocap07 This is what I always have heard and believed: 2 to 4 reps= bulk, power 6 to 10 reps= strength 15+ reps= endurance, tone I personally think a good mix of all of these sets is the way to go to get the full effect of training.
