I have a problem on my Ipod Nano. The computer doesn't reconize it. No pop-up shows that hardware is inserted. I already downloaded the latest Itunes and follow the command on how to connect the device to bring it to disk mode....

did you using a mouse pad, it is a plain mouse pad or have picture on it, where did you put your mouse pad some other people like to put is on top of the book. did you always take care of you mouse when you using it on a laptop....

royaks Well, I'm using two mouse: the ancient ballpoint mouse or they also call it thumb mouse and an optical mouse that works in all color surfaces. Both of it doesn't need mouse pad.
