ruffabee the most effective you can do for that body clock matter is drinking lots f watefr before yu sleep and letting yourself pee on midnight then you cannot go back to sleep immediatey. that's what I do whenever I will go anywhere early

ruffabee absolutely, no. i can't go on to the shopping mall and buy nothing. whenever I go to the mall, I don't leave without anything new like accessories, foods, etc, because mall is for buying stuffs and not just intended for a hanging place.

ruffabee yeah, especially, when your camera is on high definition, you can. I also love photography and I suggest that you must have a high definition camera, particularly SLR camera coz it has multi lens zoom wherein you can zoom up to ten times.
