What goals do you have for 2010? Mine is definitely weight loss, like a lot of it. l will start with mini goals of losing 10 or 20 pounds at a time. I would like to lose at the very least 55 pounds by next Christmas if not sooner....

ryzach Losing weight is a good goal and most peoples goal. I also need to reduce my debt and not get any further in debt as well. Thank you for the response.

ryzach That is a good suggestion to cut salt out of the diet. I will have to try that. I stay away from frozen foods as well, we try to cook fresh most times. Thank you for the well wishes and for the response. Happy New Year!

I am in a job but not real crazy about it. I know how lucky I am to have my job right now with this unemployment crisis we are going through. I don't work physically hard, more of an office type environment. I feel very lucky not...
