What goals do you have for 2010? Mine is definitely weight loss, like a lot of it. l will start with mini goals of losing 10 or 20 pounds at a time. I would like to lose at the very least 55 pounds by next Christmas if not sooner....

I have given some thought about this but not a whole lot yet. I just have not had the time to do so. I think my number one goal is to lose some weight. The next big goal is to pay off another one of my bills.

My goal is weight loss and fitness. I've had a lot of success cutting salt out of my diet and it's made a BIG difference! No frozen foods, they're full of salt, and I feel a lot better, too. I wish you success!

I am away from home - in the UK as a matter of fact - will be flying home thursday. My first husband was in the military for a lot of years - he died in 1993. If I was home I would go to the cemetary - put all new flowers out and a new stars and stripes flag....
