sahmof2 Thankfully your friend is well, the difference between life and death would do that to a person. With the possibility of an illness or death it makes people open up their eyes to the important things in life.

sahmof2 yea you do need a lifelong childhood friend, when you know someone that long they are more like family than friend. I have a small circle of friends.

sahmof2 If you call companies and ask a question or comment on their products they will offer you coupons also. You can also combine store sales and coupons with manufacture coupons, pays off really well.

sahmof2 The Singer and Brother brands are good machines I was looking for something a little more heavy duty. My sister owns both brands and they both had to get maintainence done after some uses.

sahmof2 Thank You, I had not thought about making sure the dealer was someone I could count on just in case the machine needed maintenance. I would keep that in mind.
