Yes or no. Please tell why you think it should, or why it shouldn't. I don't think it should be allowed, because it also affects other people, and I guess they don't want to be passive smokers, if they don't smoke.

JBKnutsen Yeah, there is better ways to die than by smoking. It's banned in Norway, but people do it anyway.. I totally agree with you.
