By crazy, I mean clinically diagnosed as "mentally deranged". Are they aware that they are crazy? Do they even know that they are "sick"? Is it possible that they are happier than "normal" people?

Are your toes clean?

sashakiddo I don't take enough care of my toes. The nails usually grow pretty long before I realize I need to clip them, and a lot of dirt gets under them. But since I live in a dry, warm area, I usually wear sandals. So my toes always have a lot of room to breathe.
