sassymomonthego I don't think so, clearly he has previous plan of going back home through commercial flight. The change of plan was decided by DILG secretary himself, who would be wise enough to foresee it? In my opinion, it was really an accident.

sassymomonthego Most veteran members of oDesk are asking UPFRONT PAYMENT to avoid being scammed. It's like paying you a portion or percentage of the actual price in advance. Just in case a client tends to run after receiving your finished work, at least you get paid somehow....
