In the Philippines they have this term "lumay" (actually, in Cebu) which is like a love potion. However, it doesn't only refer to a potion, but a spell and the like. People say this is true and does exist. I couldn't verify it...

satnet Actually it depends wheather u want fat or muscle? Most of us want to have a musculine body. For that we should have animal proteins like meat, eggs etc and small amt of plant proteins like pulses.
