From many times I was not active in Mylot due to my office.. But now I am back..Now I come back from office at evening time..Therefore I am back..First I used to come from office after 9 pm or alike..

I prefer doing Yoga and running..I think going to Gym I think if you leave it then your body fat will increase and if you do yoga then I think it is great..It doesn't help only physical body and also helps mentally..
