SCapretta I would think having them in bed with you would be better in case of a nightmare. You can eliminate the walking or should I say running from one room to another, they are right next to you.

SCapretta I had my daughter when I was 19. I would not change anything. Having children did not make me grow up, it made me want to grow up. I love having someone else to look after. I am 22 now with two children and it is the best experience ever.

Do you let your kids watch tv? My daughter loves watching Baby Einstein and I let her watch it about as much as she wants because our younger daughter is not old enough to play. How much tv do you let your kids watch?

SCapretta I feel you on that. I do transcribing from home and am looking into doing telephone work as well. Baby einstein definitley works wonders. I got the whole set 20 DVDs for 30 bucks!

For all of you women out there, or men with children, who big were your babies? I had one 7 lb 6 ozer and then my 2 week old was 8lbs 13oz. Wowzers!

SCapretta Wow! Yeah I would say so. I didnt think I was going to make it with the 8 pounder! 10 pounds is a really big baby. My aunt had 3 babies all over 10 pounds, one was like 12 or something crazy like that.

SCapretta I normally sit with her while she watches her movie. I think she just likes to see if we will turn the movie on for her. She runs around saying Einstein, Einstein, and then when we turn it on, she leaves the room or finds something else to play with.

SCapretta Yeah. I try to bribe my daughter into doing things like using her potty. But nothing works. Not even tv. I guess it won't hurt anything. It is not like she is watching something totally gory or anything.

SCapretta That is true. But I can't let my daughter go outside and play because she is too little. She normally asks for the movie to be put on and then she goes out of the room to do something else for a while.

SCapretta Well, we thought about that but I feel guilty with the older one in bed with us and the younger one in her crib. I just do not want to have to break another one out of being in bed with us.

SCapretta Yeah we have a desktop as well but we don't use it because something is wrong with the updates and it is really really slow too.

SCapretta Wow. I am not really sure what all of that means. I have a duel core as well on my laptop and a 15 or 16" monitor.
