sejuti heyyy you just picked my favourite..or something like it anyway..I use onions, garlic, peppers, sauted, and add diced tomatoes. When this is done, I add either precooked kababs or sausage meat into bite-size pieces. Add eggs and you have something yummy...

One of the things that I love to see when buying meat is a good marbling of fat. This tells me that the meat has been reared well. However, I am not a fan of eating cooked fat unless it is very well cooked, pork crackling...
