shaheenhirani no we cant sleep 7-8 hours in this busy world , if we sleep 4-6 hours thats enough because there is no time to sleep, 24hours clock is less very short for a day therfore we cant imagine to sleep these too much hours.

I am absolutely scared to death to have a natural delivery. Although I do plan to have an epidural. I also plan to ask my Dr, if I have a choice, or if c-section is a last resort only.... I've been told that it's not childbirth...
