Sherafina Duncan @allknowing That's good. After all, wearing a mask is also good for our health because when driving, of course there is a lot of dirty vehicle fumes. And wearing a mask keeps us from inhaling the smoke.

Sherafina Duncan I rarely put ketchup in my food. Even nuggets or french fries. I prefer to use chili sauce. Because I like the spicy taste more than the sour taste.

Sherafina Duncan I love coffee so much! Every morning i will brew a cup of coffee. these few months I always drink black coffee without sugar. At first it was very bitter. But after a while my tongue got used to it.

Sherafina Duncan I've never had trouble getting up early, because I have to go to work every 6am. So even on sunday i will also automatically wake up at 4.30am. I recently started getting back to exercising after a long period of laziness.
