jaishankar @Sherlymbejoy,I agree with you.They may be hungry of the love and respect they had expected from their spouse before marriage.When the expectation doesn't get fulfilled,they begin looking for it in extra marital relations.

Shavkat @Sherlymbejoy I think it happens. If both souls don't know the needs and cannot continue to ignite affection. It will surely put the marriage in trouble. However, it does happen that leads to being unfaithful. They can find this to other people.

Sometimes I just want to go out for a walk alone. listen to the birds, look at flowers , click pictures, sing.. helps me rejuvenate. that's relaxation for me. What do you all do to unwind?
