Shikha Yeah, to maintain natural health, you need to exercise a lot, drink a lot of water (usually 3-5 litres), eat healthy food, not so spicy or oily, or fried or roasted. Have plenty of juice (orange, tangerines and other citrus fruits). That's the way to living...

Shikha I like coffee too. I take it without milk because I can't take milk and milk products (I'm a vegan, you know). I haven't tried it without sugar, though. Okay, maybe once, but the coffee was too bitter. I don't think I would do that again. (*_*)
