shiny520 In my life, the main transportation tool is bus,and it is so long a way from the station to my home that i feel boring ang tired.The bus in my city is always crawd that most of the time i should stand in the noisy space about 2 hours.

shiny520 I like do exercises in the morning and evening for the reason that i feel relaxed then i could work hardly and have a good sleep.Moreover, doing much exercise is good for our health.
