I have been trying to hold off because we have so much to mow. But, everytime I look out the window or go out I think good lord I need to mow. It is like you can see it growing in front of your eyes.

sjettmomof2 I live in northern Kentucky. We had cold rainy weather last week, this week it has been in the 70's and lower 80's. that is way above normal for this time of year. I would say we will pay for it later! Come on over and visit awhile before it gets cold again!

sjettmomof2 Thank you for your response. I have tried to get him to try veggie burgers. I don't think he believes that they aren't meat. He finally tried it and spit it out. I will keep trying.

We have a really good paylake that stocks nothing but catfish. They have one that has farm raised and another that has the big jackpot fish. We enjoy going there once in a while. It is fun to try to pull in the big ones.

sjettmomof2 You pay to fish for so many hours and so many fish. When you are done they put your name in for catching the biggest fish for that day and can win money. If you catch a really big one they will pay you so much a pound to buy it back.

sjettmomof2 No it isn't hard. Try to find you a "Ball Book" It is made by Ball canning jars. It has alot of recipes in it. I have even made wild grape jelly. It is really good. But, try to find you one of these books. By the way I don't use a hot bath or preasure cooker...
