Nicole Turcios I don't usually have breakfast but I used to get coffee every morning, more for the taste than it helping me wake up. It actually makes me sleepy. Recently I've taken to drinking tea and it's actually doing it's job at waking me up in the morning!

Nicole Turcios I do! Last time I had to travel out of town I left him with the friend who gave it to me. Unfortunately, her female cat was on heat this weekend and I haven't castrate him and we didn't want to risk more kittens.

Nicole Turcios I'm sure I don't get enough sleep because I only sleep 4 hours or less. I also tend to wake up every 45 minutes (I keep thinking the alarm is not going to ring and I'll fall sleep) so I don't get the best sleep either.
