Cell phones and driving

Something that drives me crazy is people talking on their phones while they are driving. I've seen many accidents almost happen because somebody was too busy talking to pay attention to the road. What I really can't believe why...

Dragons....real or myth?

I'd like to know what people think on this topic. Several good workers have lost their jobs to random drug tests. If a person is reliable, shows up everyday, does their job and does it well, should they be fired for what they do...
