When getting food delivered,should you tip if there is already a delivery charge

For example, today I'm ordering out lunch,and there is a $4.00 charge for delivering it.Do I need to tip them also than? Or does the $4.00 charge go to the driver?

smithkl80 My husband use to work for Pizza Hut & Papa Johns for extra cash, and the delivery charge does not go toward the drivers at all.....so I always tip alittle bit extra that way I know the driver got paid for that delivery.

Hotels: Love 'em or hate 'em?

I'm in a hotel tonight, which is why I'm on my laptop -- wireless networks are awesome! In any case..I love hotels. I don't know why..I'm just always so much more relaxed out of the house. Whether that's at a hotel like this one...

smithkl80 I'm not a huge fan of hotels. I will stay in one if they are in a nice area & look nice, but I always feel "unsafe" while staying in one......that is the main reason I won't see that new movie called "Vacancy". lol

smithkl80 I would agree with the pineapple. I'm a tough person on the outside & it takes alot to get to know me, but once you do I'm a very sweet and caring person. Hmmm, I might suggest using this discussion in my psych. class.

smithkl80 I think it can work for some people. I know couples that met online & they have been happily married for over 3 years, and then I have a best friend who met her "then" husband online, got married & he ended up beating her while she was pregnant...thank God her...
