My laptop just rebooted itself unexpectedly so I did a quick backup of my data to CD. I try not to keep too many important files on my hard drive without backing them up regularly. Unfortunately I have been burned in the past....

Sonikk I back it up every day at 16:00.. My Norton Ghost do it for me :D I save the backup on an external hard disk!

Sonikk I would say NOD32.. Its the best anti-virus, and has been that since 1998.. It removes most trojans easily!

Sonikk Of course i have.. I even have LimeWire Pro :D It is very easy to use, and the download speeds are great (especially when you have Pro) and if you have a good AntiVirus program, you should be able to hold your computer pretty clean.
