spiritwolf52 You can mix it in water but it doesn't get rid of the bad taste. I don't use honey as I am allergic to bees. The weight loss is slow but steady and it does stay off.

spiritwolf52 This is not the only new church going up in the area. A new one is being built about 1/2 mile from this one that replaced the restaurant. New churches seem to be popping up all over the place. This area needs a restaurant, not more churches.
