yes it is tough for me. u need to handle all things in life.wife,baby and the car.aprt from this the elders.i feel thi is the only reason.

i eat wheat products in the nigh with some curry .i avoid rice because it makes you fat why should you avoid lot of food. u can eat your routine meals without minimising intake.what do you say?its not harmful to your health.
