removing or spitting out an ingredient or 2. Like onions in chili or the pecans in butter pecan ice cream? I know a few people who do this. And honestly, I love the rich taste of butter pecan ice cream, but not the pecans.

steffylikewoah I do the same thing! I love the ice cream, but the nuts just shouldn't be there haha. I do that with other dishes, but of course I can't think of them at the moment.

steffylikewoah I'm not sure if it's a problem in my area right now (more than usual anyway). I only know of one child that's gotten it this year. It's very scary though, so I'm glad your pedi wants to vacinate early on that one! Better safe than sorry!

steffylikewoah If they have runny/congested noses give them some claritin, and lots of fluids and rest. The claritin will dry up the mucus and if theres a cough, it will help with that too. Most cough is from the mucus going down the throat. Hope they feel better soon!

steffylikewoah I scrape my tongue every time I brush. If it's causing the gag reflex, perhaps youre going too far back? Try to start way in the front (the tip of your tongue) and then go back. That might help! Toothpaste and mouthwash are good, but can't get everything off...

just curious of when you started to show during your pregnacies. this is my 2nd and i am 11 weeks and already getting a baby bump. but i thought that was very early, as my 1st child i didnt even look pregnant at 6 months.

steffylikewoah This is my second pregnancy and I started to show VERY early with both of them. With my first I had to wear maternity pants at 9 weeks. With this one I had to a little earlier. I'm pretty short and have no "room" for the baby so I think that's why haha.

I have a good friend who has pregnant for months. Her baby will be born by the end of March or the beginning of April next year. She told me that she was worried her baby would be born on April 1st. This is very funny.

steffylikewoah This made me laugh. When I was pregnant with my daughter, she was due June of 2006. I was SO scared I'd go into labor on June 6, 2006 (6-6-06). Luckily I had her June 1st but I was SO scared about that!
