wilsongoddard Livestrong actually has an article that you might find useful: http://www.livestrong.com/article/370785-food-to-help-breathing/ In it, things such as green tea, carrots and Vitamin C are recommended to help with breathing issues.

edvc77 Hi! I'm sorry to hear that. Refresh yourself always and take your medicines. That is quite hard. You must be in a healthy environment too I mean no smoke etc. Take care.
