kire veljanoski Seems like you had fantastic time! Water will keep you hydrated so you should definitely drink more of it. Since you are in the countryside, have you tried walking for half an hour, Just so your body can easily digest the food and drinks you had?

kire veljanoski I had problems adjusting my work schedule as well. What I found most helpful was listening to rain meditation music since Rain has that soothing effect on me. Have you tried listening to music or meditation practices?
