sufitz5 thanks. I did find out that some friends were coming on the day that we went, but I didn't know who it was until I saw them. It was so much fun. Hard to believe it was almost a year ago, as I approach 41 in eight days.

sufitz5 I love shepherd's pie and have always made a gravy. I saute' onions and then ground beef. I then either make a gravy or use Knorr's gravy mix which actually is pretty good for a mix. Then I add the corn on top of that and then the mashed potatoes. Yum.
