Sunnydec You should always paint with plenty of ventilation. All doors and windows open. I should move the chest of drawers out of your room for a time until the paint smell has gone. It sounds as though you are quite sensitive to the smell so the only thing you can do...

Sunnydec I have four brothers and one sister. Unfortunately we are not very close so dont see each other very often. It doesn't always work out if you have brothers and sisters but it is nice you had two children.
