Drinking more water keeps you healthy. I heard this advice from many doctors. I drink more than 2 liters of water in a day. what about you? how much water do you drink? Do you believe that water keeps your health hygiene ?

techsavvy999 yes, may be water is not tasty however we can keep our internal organs clean. so try to take more water regularly after few days you wont feel uncomfortable while taking water. thanks for your sharing.

techsavvy999 yes, as you said drinking water while having food makes you to eat less. so this would be one of the way to reduce wait. Thanks for your share.

techsavvy999 Actually as per doctor's advice we neeed to take 5 liters of water in a day. But 2 liters is not an huge quantity. thanks for sharing.

Hi friends.. Most of them dieing hard to loose weight and follow strict dieting...instead of that strict dieting we can eat fruits ...best fruits are water melon. papaya ...have them for dinner..and for breakfast have one of milk...

techsavvy999 yes. Me too belongs to same catogory. I wash my cloths whenever i find time. Generally 4 or 5 days. I mostly use dark color clothes so that its hard to find whether my clothes are washed or not.

techsavvy999 I your mother is not comfortable to go gym then yoga is very good. Even my mother is practicing yoga to control Blood pressure. Then suggest her to eat fatty food and energetic food. But make sure her doing exercise. Not doing exercise and taking fatty food...

techsavvy999 You have to remove your cabin. Inside cabin you will find a rectangular box. You can easily recognize by seeing label on it. Try to fix it using manual. I cannot give correct information because every pc has variation. I dont know how is your pc was installed....

techsavvy999 yes, I want to tell to new members is becareful while working with ciao because user account could be blocked by ciao if he/she performs fraud like copy pasting another user reviews. YOu will lost whole amount you earned. ciao does not even give warning....
