tenthingsfarm I wish you all the best - you can do it! After all the crazy things I've tried over the years, I'm convinced that the healthiest, and most sane way to do it is to make the little changes that you can live with forever. They really do add up!

tenthingsfarm I do think it would have been a lot easier if we had experience in the trades, but my background is teaching preschool and my husband's is biology...but we still did fine! We are really happy with the results.
