I don't know about other countries but in my country, every man have to give military service at the age of 20 and you have the right to postpone it for a few years if you are studying in those years. The current law applies...

the_ruler I wish many countries was in that kind of a modern stage... That's utopic but it is also what I would love to see... However, the "human" kind is just never good. They always tend to kill another :((
