devil77 Piza is not that bad for you.It has the 4 food group.Thin crust is the best option. Cake and burgers are just fat bombs .Try to stay away.

devil77 I drink any kind of water I can gets my hands but it needs to be very cold. I drink anywhere between 6 to 10 glasses a water a day.
