thegeekazoidian I know something that worked for me. Eat what ever you want (with in reason) 4 hours before going to bed. In the last 4 hours of your day eat nothing and only drink water. Do this everyday for a month and you should see a weight loss.

thegeekazoidian We can't do that in the USA and even if you could it wouldn't be the right way of handling it. I have one 15 yr step child and my 3 year old. I know that shouting and hitting in this case is NOT the thing to do.
