trueindiancricketfan But they are not professional coaches neither they have any training for this. Moreover Kapils name was in the Match Fixing and Sunny too not far from that. what are your choises?

trueindiancricketfan Right planning and selection. They prefer Silva over experienced attapattu and he saves and wins games for them. Though attapattu is a good player but not in his prime anymore. Three cheer!! for Sri Lanka cricket team.

trueindiancricketfan sounds impossible but "impossible itself says i'm possible", so lets hope for better. We need to imporve the root level for this to happen. Select the right players for right role in team.

Where we are heading, our current players getting older and older with age and bat. Is that right that we dont have talent to replace these old players? If yes how to identify those.

trueindiancricketfan Yea they not mentally strong as they use to be, but we dont have replacement for those players. What about your Pakistani team? Is there any replacement for Inzzi? or Shoaib?
