Sorry I haven't Been active for a while

Hi everyone I haven't been here in more than a week. Last Friday my husband went into the hospital, his heart was beating at 150 beats per minute, and it took them 4 days to get it back to normal. He is home now and doing fine.

Tammy Wenzel You don't need a pedometer to stay active, just get up and move. I play table tennis on Mondays and Wednesdays, but I walk about a mile and half every morning.
