Twilight82 I cut out drinking sodas many years ago and lost 15 lbs. within weeks. Now water is my soda. It is delicious with fresh lemon, lime or orange slices and much healthier for you. I call sodas "brown syrupy water" because that is what they are.

I will eat other brands but Mayfield is my favorite. If I have the choice they are the one I will buy. Not that I need icecream anyway, but for a snack every now and then it's not too bad for me. Chocolate is my favorite flavor.

Twilight82 My favorite brand isn't a brand at all but ice cream I make in a portable ice cream maker. It is sort of like soft serve and easy to make any flavor. I like to use soymilk since I am vegan. I add a good raw sugar and fruit flavor, but vanilla is my favorite.
