unishwetabh To be frank enough, I would say that there is a big difference between studying and obtaining marks. Given a particular book which is being used to teach in some institute, you dont have to study the entire thing to obtain marks, but only a selective part....

unishwetabh Generally, as far as i have seen on all those health sites.....they say its best to sleep atleast 6 hours a day. I sleep about 4-5 hours in night and then work all day till evening. And in holidays i take a nap in the afternoon for 2 hours.
