unstopabble well you dont have to it everyday. at least once a week or twice a month. rellenong bangus is one of delicious food that i ever tasted. it was introduce to me by friend a couple of years ago. and i love eating it. i ate at leasr twice a month.

unstopabble i think there are home remedies available in the internet on achieving fair skin. but i think the most effective ones are using glutathione. glutathione is known as a powerful oxidant.and its side effect is that it makes your skin fairer. and whiter
