vanitas A great site with free patterns is knitty.com. They have many patterns for free that range from mellow (beginner) to extraspicy (knitting god/godess), including some great shawls and throws.

vanitas What Ive found for a total sugar shock would be marshmallow fluff, chocolate, bananas, and peanut butter. I also put pb on raisin bread, and sometimes add bananas to that.
