vinaykant I like it with friends, some time it happened that no friend available in morning than I try to mixup with other walkers at jogging track. Well if you are walking along than please leave this habit, and try to mix with others.

vinaykant yes its true, i also suggest jogging with some push-ups. These are basic exercises so no need to take help any guide or join any health club. :)
