does passing the board exam an indicator for being successful?

My niece just passed the recent Nursing board exam.... is it an indicator that she is successful in her chosen profession??? For me, she is just one step ahead of becoming successful in her chosen field coz success is not...

I almost forgot what it feels to swim until i had one a week ago..... I felt free.... the water in the pool was so cool! i forgot about the time..... Its so refreshing.....

im using a dial up connection and it irritates me when downloading is so slow... but this is better than nothing, right??? at least i can still communicate with friends with this connection..... What about you guys??? still using...
