Vishwajeet Kumar No, They did not change any policy for Indian users, Actually I have also face this type of problem. I have contacted PayPal support Team and they told that this is a technical fault and they will soon resolve it.

Vishwajeet Kumar Never Try to Do this, Because PayPal Will Suspend your account. You Can Only open one personal, one premier and one Business account with different financial details. So, Just Ignore to do this.

Vishwajeet Kumar Look! Both Payment Processors are trustworthy. If you think according to fees I think Paypal is very Convenient, AlertPay Is Too expensive because their fees are too high. Through PayPal You can withdraw funds directly to your Bank account anywhere in Country....
