vthamarai The best and the simplest way to avoid these sores it to ensure that you drink lots of water. Try to drink atleast 5 litres of water in a day. Other foods that cool down your body will also be good. Example Butter Milk, Tender Coconut water, etc.

vthamarai Well...My wife is pregnant now. So we have all kinds of fruits all the time at home. There are bananas, Apples, popmegranates, guavas, litchis, oranges, grapes! So I am actualy apoilt for choice and having lots of fruits!!

vthamarai Nature is God is one way of looking at things! In fact there were quite a lot of cultures earlier which did think of Nature as God. Why go that far? Even today in our culture and religion quite a lot of Gods and Goddesses are based upon natural forces!
